Founded in 2018, BURSARS is a proudly 100% Black-owned company with a Level 1 BBBEE rating. Led by our Founder and CEO, Mr. Joseph Mpho Baloyi, we are passionate about supporting education and making life easier for schools, educators, parents, and learners.

For more than seven years, we have worked closely with schools, gaining valuable insight into the unique needs of each institution.
