You are purchasing on behalf of a learner enrolled at a participating school
All information provided by you is accurate and complete
4. School-Specific & Customised Products
All stationery packs and learning materials are created based on information provided by schools.
Products are school-specific and grade-specific, and are prepared in advance.
Due to the customised nature of these products, changes or cancellations may be limited once processing has begun.
5. Ordering Process
When placing an order, you agree that:
You have selected the correct school and grade
You have reviewed the contents of the pack prior to checkout
Once payment is completed, the order is considered confirmed
BURSARS is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect selections made by the customer.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices include the items listed in the selected pack but may exclude delivery fees unless stated otherwise.

BURSARS is not responsible for loss, misplacement, or delay after confirmed school receipt
Allocation of stationery to learners is managed by the school
9. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Important conditions include:
Returns are only accepted for incorrect, damaged, or missing items
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Customised packs are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect
10. Electronic Devices & Digital Content
Electronic devices may be covered by manufacturer warranties
Digital products (including e-books and downloadable content) are non-refundable once accessed or activated
BURSARS is not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party devices unless stated otherwise
11. Cancellations & Order Changes
