1. Overview
BURSARS is committed to ensuring that all educational supplies are delivered accurately, securely, and on time. Our shipping and delivery solutions are designed to provide maximum convenience for parents and schools, especially during the busy back-to-school period.
2. Delivery Options
BURSARS offers two primary delivery options:
2.1 Courier Delivery (Home or Preferred Address)
Orders are delivered via our trusted courier service partners.
Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout.
Courier delivery fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and order size.
2.2 School Delivery
Orders can be delivered directly to the learner’s school.
Stationery packs will be received by the class teacher, school clerk, or designated school representative.
The school will facilitate allocation of the package to the correct learner.
This option is ideal for parents who prefer their child to receive supplies directly at school.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines are communicated during checkout and may vary depending on location, delivery method, and order volume.
During peak periods (such as back-to-school season), deliveries are scheduled in advance to ensure readiness before the academic term begins.
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, unforeseen delays (such as courier disruptions or weather conditions) may occur.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.
All stationery packs and learning materials are carefully prepared and quality-checked prior to dispatch.
Bulk and school-based deliveries are coordinated in advance with the respective schools.
5. Delivery Confirmation
For courier deliveries, confirmation will be provided once the order has been dispatched and delivered.
For school deliveries, delivery confirmation is recorded upon receipt by the designated school official.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Information
Parents are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
BURSARS will not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Any additional costs incurred due to address corrections or re-delivery may be charged to the customer.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that an order is delivered with missing or damaged items, parents must notify BURSARS within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims will be reviewed, and where applicable, replacement items or corrective action will be arranged.
8. Bulk and High-Volume Orders
BURSARS has the capacity to manage large-volume orders under tight deadlines.
Bulk deliveries to schools may be scheduled over multiple delivery dates depending on order size and logistics requirements.
9. Delivery Responsibility
Risk and responsibility for orders pass to the customer once delivery has been confirmed—either at the delivery address or upon receipt by the school.
BURSARS is not responsible for loss or damage after confirmed delivery.
10. Changes or Cancellations
Changes to delivery details or cancellations must be requested before order processing begins.
Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
